Delete your account

You can delete your Nedimo account and everything in it. You do not need the app installed to make a request.

Cancel any store subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Play subscription. Cancellation and data deletion are separate actions.

Delete immediately in the app

You → Account → Delete account → confirm.

The authenticated flow removes your Nedimo data, login identity and the data held on that device.

Request deletion without the app

Contact the privacy team

Submitting opens a pre-addressed email in your own email app. Send it from the address used for your Nedimo account so we can verify ownership.

You can also email nedimo.app@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account. We verify the request before completing it.
